Nc4 Kenya must ensure the implementation of the new Computer Misuse and Cybercrime Regulations, 2024.
During a meeting with PS Dr. Raymond Omollo, the Secretariat discussed proposed amendments to the Cybercrime Act of 2018 and development of a Cybersecurity Policy as well as Strategy that incorporates consensus among stakeholders to establish a dedicated Cybersecurity agency that aligns with global best practices.
