Amb. Prof. Julius Kibet Bitok
PS State Department for Immigration and Citizen Services

Ambassador Prof. Julius Kibet Bitok is the Principal Secretary, State Department for Citizen Services. Previously, he was the Kenya’s High Commissioner to Pakistan.

Amb. Prof. Bitok is a renowned educationist and a financial consultant with extensive experience in the public service. He has worked with State House, the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK), Capital Markets Authority (CMA), Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) and the Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) among other institutions.

Amb. Prof Bitok holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Management from Oklahoma State University, USA, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from the University of Nairobi. He is also a holder of a Diploma in Education from the Kenya Science Teachers College.
