Ladies and Gentlemen,
Once again it is with great pleasure that we welcome President Buhari to the Republic of Kenya and I wish once again, as I said yesterday, to reiterate our gratitude, not only for visiting Kenya so soon in the start of his term in office, but also in his acceptance not just of our invitation but also, when we went to him at the last minute to come and join us in solidarity with our Kenya Defence Forces, he graciously accepted our invitation and accepted to join us in Eldoret yesterday, as we honoured the memory of our soldiers who died fighting for the peace and stability of Somalia, and indeed of our region.
